Week 1Find work worth delegating
Map how work gets done, who is responsible and where it stalls. Assess which kind of AI system could help, then scope one job worth testing.
Week 2Make the business case
Establish the current cost and constraint. Weigh the potential benefit against setup, oversight and operating costs. Define what would justify proceeding.

Train your first Handler
Supply your business context, test the work and establish what the named manager needs to review.
- Week 4
Security, access and sharing
Understand the risks of delegating work to AI workers — data, access and accountability — and how to mitigate them.
- Week 5
Manage the work
Review outputs, handle exceptions and refine the Handler. Work out how much ongoing attention it needs — and whether that changes the economics.
- Week 6
Work across systems and manage usage
Use Handle's code tools across multiple integrations, move larger datasets with files, create and share Handbooks, and manage credit use.
