No. We build and sell Handlers, so our advice isn't independent. We recommend Handlers where they fit, and other products where they're more suitable.
Operational efficiency and strategic adoption of AI, within the scope we agree. We can advise on other products, but don't build implementations in them. Our hands-on training and ongoing management are for Handlers.
We don't recommend a long-term advice-only partnership. You get more ongoing value when Handlers are doing useful work in your business. If there's no suitable role, we agree a useful stopping point rather than recommend an unsuitable hire.
A shared Handle advisory team, with advice as needed within scope and a formal quarterly review. Handle assigns people to fit the work; this is not a dedicated full-time employee or constant human supervision. Large includes reserved senior capacity, not unlimited engineering.
A management slot covers Handle training, managing and improving one agreed Handler. This is the Managed Handler service, included in the partnership—not a second management product. Management slots do not roll over. Handler subscriptions are separate: $150 Part time, $1,100 Full time or $4,400 Full time 4x per month. Each hire and any additional cost require agreed pricing and contract additions.
The grant adds product capacity for authorised additional usage only. It is not a discount on your bill or a cash payment, and cannot pay for subscriptions, partnership fees, advice or management slots. Granted capacity follows standard additional-capacity rules, with rollover for up to 12 months.
Extra management costs $600/month per additional management slot, covering more agreed Handlers within your existing advisory scope—not broader consulting coverage. Small and Medium have caps of 3 and 9 managed Handlers; beyond those, agree a tier change or variant. Large's additional managed roles and broader coverage are agreed together. Staff numbers never trigger an automatic upgrade.
10% off the partnership fee only when paid annually. Product subscriptions follow their own billing terms; extra management slots and usage purchases are not discounted by this offer. The proposed monthly option is cancellable monthly. Quarterly reviews are not a lock-in. All tiers are subject to availability.
Your team approves each role, its subscription and any additional spend, then authorises the access and actions it needs. We train and test roles sequentially against an agreed plan. Product integration support is not unlimited human integration work; custom Handler integrations are scoped separately. Launch times and savings are not guaranteed.
No. Existing customers and contracts are unchanged unless a migration is separately agreed.
