Operational
grind,
Handled.

Handlers are AI workers you hire, brief, and manage like staff. They live in Slack and pick up the ops grind so your team can do what only they can.

Removing the team lead bottleneck

13 × / day

By the second week of use — a manual-labour team, no AI background, launched on a Friday.

Before

Track down a team lead. Spreadsheet. Manual updates. One person knows where things are.

After

Anyone @s Handle in Slack. Handle answers from Cin7 + the sheet, updates both when stock moves.

Replacing a full-time traffic coordinator

1 FT role replaced

Scoped a traffic coordinator across five brands. Hired a Handler instead. Eight weeks in: no going back.

Before

Briefs across Slack, email, DMs. One coordinator logs, assigns, chases, reports across five brands.

After

Anyone briefs through Handle. Structured task in Airtable, assigned by capacity, deadlines tracked, weekly report auto-generated.

Scoped a full-time traffic coordinator. Hired a Handler instead. Eight weeks in, the team says there's no going back.

Why this is different

Most companies have AI tools. The destination is AI labour.

The AI most companies have today is one or two people with good prompts. It saves those people time. It doesn't change how the business runs.

AI labour is different. It's part of how the company operates, not how individuals operate. The whole team can see it, brief it, hand work to it, hold it accountable.

Faster individuals

AI Labour

A named role

What it is

A subscription each person uses on their own work.

A persistent role anyone in the company can hand work to.

Who sees it

One person at a time. Lives in their tabs.

The whole team. Lives in Slack, in the workflow.

When it's on leave

When that person is on leave.

It doesn't go on leave.

What changes

How individuals operate.

How the company operates.

HANDLERS IN EVERY TEAM

"

This is a hands-on team - AI hadn't been part of their day-to-day before Handle. Launched Friday, and they've taken to their Handler straight away. 13 uses a day already.

REVOLUTIONIZE OPERATIONS

"

Before
When the team needed a pick bay replenished, they'd find a team lead or the warehouse lead. The team lead would read through a long spreadsheet to locate the item, its bulk storage location, and the pick bay — then either move the product themselves or assign someone to it. Once moved, whoever did it had to note the quantity, the area, and update the spreadsheet manually.
Now
When the team needs a pick bay replenished, they @ Handle. Handle checks the spreadsheet and Cin7, locates the product, confirms availability and pick bay, and sends it back to them. Once replenished, the user tells Handle, and Handle updates the spreadsheet and Cin7.

Engagement · First Hire

Hire your first Handler. Properly.

A 6-month engagement to scope, train, and hand off your first two Handlers.

The hardest part of getting value from Handlers isn't the technology. It's deciding what to hand them — and being honest about how your business actually runs.

We've watched enough teams try it alone to see the pattern. The ones that get real value have Handlers picking up critical work in the first first six months. The ones that don't, drift back to doing it themselves.

First Hire is how we get that right. We sit with your team, write the job descriptions for your first two Handlers, recruit them onto the work that matters, and hand them off owning real outcomes.

What's included

  • Discovery sessions with your team
  • Two Handler job descriptions, written and signed off as your first Handler org chart
  • Training and onboarding of those Handlers on real operations
  • 6 months of close collaboration through Slack
  • Final handoff with your team confident managing the Handlers themselves
