Your active time investment is about four weeks up front, then roughly 30 minutes a week.

We sit with your team, look at how the work actually runs, and write the job descriptions for up to three Handlers. Scoped, defined, and signed off before training starts.

Handlers in production on real work. You see results before you pay the rest.

What happens after First Hire
Your Handlers keep running. The engagement includes six months of full-time capacity with us managing them, so nothing changes until that period is up.
At the six-month mark you choose. Stay on Managed Handlers and we keep building and tuning the processes and integrations. Or we hand the management to your team, and you pay for Full-time Handlers from there. Enterprise is there when you need overage pooling, VPN support and dedicated Handlers.
FAQ
I've already done Discovery — do I pay for it twice?
No. If you proceed to First Hire within 30 days of Discovery, the full $6,000 is credited toward your $30,000.
How much of my team's time does this actually take?
About four weeks of active involvement up front to scope, build and trial your Handlers, then roughly 30 minutes a week for the remaining five months while we keep managing them.
Do I have to do Discovery first?
No. Discovery is there for teams who aren't sure yet where Handlers fit. If you already have a clear brief, book an intake call and go straight to First Hire.
