  3. Week 1 — Scope

    We sit with your team, look at how the work actually runs, and write the job descriptions for your first two Handlers. Scoped, defined, and signed off before training starts.

  4. Weeks 2–4 — Build & trial

    Handlers in production on real work. You see results before you pay the rest.

  5. Remaining payment due

    After the trial proves value

  6. Remaining 5 months — included

    Full-time Handler use at no additional cost. Your team runs them independently.

A founder runs every First Hire. You're working with the people who built the product and have trained Handlers across dozens of operations. Not a CSM reading a playbook.

From your team

The people who own the operations — the ones who know where the pain is and can sign off on handing work over. The person who'll manage these Handlers day-to-day needs to be in discovery. If they can't make it, we reschedule. Without them, the engagement doesn't work.

What happens after First Hire

Once First Hire is complete, your Handlers keep running. Six months of full-time capacity is included. After the first six months, choose the capacity you need: part-time, full-time, or overtime.

You scale capacity as you hand Handlers more work. Start part-time, move to full-time, go overtime when they're running significant operations across multiple functions.
