Manage Integrations
Manage your Handler's connections to Shopify, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Notion, and other platforms.

Integrations are how your Handlers connect to the tools and platforms you already use — Shopify, Google Workspace, Gorgias, Notion and more. By setting up integrations, you give your Handlers the ability to perform real work using your own tools and data.
Getting There
In Handle Chat, open Integrations from the navigation. Select an integration to see its connections.
Available vs. Connected Integrations
The page has two sections:
- Connected — Integrations with at least one connection
- Available — Integrations that have not been connected yet
Each integration shows how many connections it has. Select one to see the individual accounts under Connections.
Connecting a New Integration
Select the integration and choose Connect. Depending on the integration, you may be offered:
- Connect via OAuth — Authorise access through the service
- Credentials or tokens — Enter details in Handle
- App installation — Follow the integration’s installation flow
Some integrations offer several methods. If none is available to your workspace yet, you can choose Request setup instead. To connect another account for an integration you already use, open it under Connected and choose Connect again.
Managing Existing Connections
On an integration’s detail page, you can see each connection, rename or disconnect one you own, and edit its aliases. Workspace admins can rename and edit aliases on workspace connections. The connection’s display name helps you recognise the account in Handle Chat.
Name Connections for Code Tools
When one Handler needs multiple accounts from the same integration in a single code tool, add an alias to each extra connection. An alias such as us_store is the name the Handler’s code tool uses to select that account; renaming the connection’s display label is not enough.
Find that account under Connections, select Add alias, enter the name, and select the tick icon to save it. Then grant it to the Handler alongside its existing primary connection. Adding an alias here alone does not grant access.

Default vs. Handler-Specific Connections
Handlers can inherit default connections for integrations they have not been explicitly given. On a Handler’s Integrations section, you can instead choose a specific primary connection and add aliased connections alongside it.
