Handle connects to a growing list of platforms and services. Here’s what’s currently supported.


Communication

  • Slack — The primary interface for interacting with your Handlers. Send messages, receive drafts, approve actions, and manage tasks — all from Slack.
  • Email — Handlers can send and receive emails on your behalf using their dedicated email addresses.

E-commerce

  • Shopify — Access store data, manage orders, update products, and handle customer enquiries.

Customer Support

  • Zendesk — Read and respond to tickets, update ticket fields, and manage customer interactions.
  • Gorgias — Similar to Zendesk, with deep integration for e-commerce support workflows.

Productivity

  • Google Workspace — Access Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, and other Google services.
  • Notion — Read and write to Notion databases and pages.
  • Outlook / Microsoft 365 — Calendar and email integration for Microsoft environments.

Developer

  • Custom Webhooks — Trigger Handlers from external systems via webhooks, or have Handlers call your own APIs.
